The coupon will be applied if:

a. coupon is still valid

b. if the order meets the coupon criteria (ex. Free shipping if the order is X amount)

Coupon codes may not be used to purchase gift cards and certain exclusions apply.

If you feel that your order qualifies for a coupon, and it is not applying, please contact customer service for assistance.

An email will be sent to you following the successful confirmation of your order. Another email will follow upon the dispatch of the shipment.

If you want to change or cancel your order, please email ushas_cosmetics@outlook.com with your order details as soon as possible. Our warehouse team move pretty quickly to pack and send your orders so we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to change it in time but we’ll do our very best.

For orders placed with standard shipping, please allow 3 to 7 business days for your package to arrive. Note that orders may takeup to 3 business days to process before shipping.

UPS Overnight and UPS 2nd Day orders must be received by 2PM PST to ship the same day. Otherwise, your purchase will ship out the next business day.
